The fix is in and this is the beginning of the end of the USA as we know it. It's also how it started in Germany with a charismatic speaker, who spoke of "social justice" and "spreading it around". The blowhards in congress , are introducing just passed (in the House) legislation to tax the AIG bonuses, and all other wall street TARP recipients bonuses, regardless of the contracts in place, at 90%; that's right if they can't steal it right out of the accounts they are going to steal it through taxes. Don't get me wrong, the AIG bonuses were "tasteless", but they were in legally binding contracts. And further more, Chris Dodd was the one who put in to the TARP provision that all contracts were to be honored. He and Obama both received hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from AIG, will those be returned to the taxpayers as well? He then lied about writing the provision yesterday and was caught so he backtracked today. These bums all need to be thrown out of office. As MOChassid has been writing, these banks are losing talent and the entire system is about to collapse into itself.
The problem is most of the people in congress don't have a clue what it takes to go out and earn a living. They are career politicians that never had to pay for their own health care and for them these things look good with their constituents. Please tell me what Chuck Schumer has done for this country lately? These people all need to be voted out of office and term limits need to be implemented for congress. the irony is the guy who is writing the tax legislation, Charlie Rangel, is himself a tax cheat. And don't forget Tim Geithner, the head of the IRS, he is also a tax cheat. These guys don't care about how much they tax you and me because they don't bother paying their own taxes. Barney Frank and Maxine Waters and their buddies at Fannie and Freddie created the problem to begin with by demanding that banks make risky loans to people who did not deserve them, but he's now up on his soap box yelling about rewarding failure, um...Barney, really? Rewarding failure? Like you keep getting voted into office? Isn't that rewarding failure?Confiscation of wealth is coming next. Congress and Chavez Obama will decide that "it's not fair" that this guy worked hard and was able to amass a nest egg, we all need to be equal in this country so we are going to tax what we can and take what we cannot.
TEA PARTY ANYONE?

Obama and his friends have discovered populism. The same "Let's get the bastards" attitude that the left can't stomach from the right is okay when they do it.
you limbaugh sheep are just lovin singing americas swan song instead of working to fix it.
Limbaugh had nothing to do with causeing the problem, Frank did. Limbaugh didn't cheat on his taxes, both Geithner and Rangel did. Your boy Dodd is the one who put the provision in the bill to begin with but when his voting constituents found out he lied. Please don't blame Limbaugh when the Democrats, who are currently in power, are doing nothing to solve this and Obama's runaway spending and social engeneering is only making it worse
blame rush, typical "change the subject" tactic.
populism is cheap regardless of what side of the political spectrum it comes from....
"The banks are losing talent"
Yeah... if we lose all that talent, imagine the mess we'd all be in!
oh wait.. all that "talent" got us into this mess.
Thank God we had all that "talent."
Of course you're tirade is even more ironic b/c the "talent" that you want to preserve would not even have places to work if not for the socialist intervention of federal bailouts.
If you ran the world there would no longer be an AIG!
