Many a time I have been driving in Brooklyn and I have been frustrated by the fact that, not only is there not enough parking but spaces that would ordinarily be available to the public have been commandeered by the Frum to make "driveways" in front of their fully attached houses, thereby not only eliminating a much needed parking spot but also often having the car stick out onto the sidewalk. But alas, the New York City Council, in an effort to "stay Green" is making this practice obsolete by requiring home owners to leave the grass in front of their houses alone. Now the Brooklyn Jews are going to have to think of another way of annoying their neighbors and other pedestrians. Happy Hunting.
